Open Air Cleaner
One of the first things guys do, is to replace the air filter with a CIA,K@N or similar open air air filter. Except for expense, why don’t the manufacturers put them on @ the factory? Is there a draw back to them? Noise maybe?

Except the z28 comes with one. Someone that has one can correct me but they’re not completely sealed so the water would run out

In order for them to go by the strict emissions restrictions on all 50 states, they have to control the air going in to mix everything right. If it wasn't for California, they probably would put them on more models.
