Just installed that stat last week
Made a huge difference on my car. Used to cruise at 203-207 and now cruises at 180 even in the Florida heat. The highest I have seen in traffic so far is 190 and my car is supercharged and carries a lot of under hood heat

I cant accurately answer that question as my car is tuned and my tuner adjusted my fan controls and told me to change the stat but years ago I changed my stat on my C5 Corvette without a tune and it was fine but that car was quite a bit older
I recommend this stat though if you are thinking about changing it out and its a very easy install

No I didn’t change the tune, when I installed mine. It’s basically drop in.
