Thanks guys. The fab shop stopped out and we made a list of all the materials needed to make it happen. Hoping to have all that stuff, along with everything else lined out after the holidays and back on the dyno around March

Wedding is all done. She got me a badass ring

Cut motor plate apart for accessories. Will be purchasing the rest of it very shortly

That's awesome, the car and the ring. I'll have to drop a hint to my S.O. and see if she can find something similar for out wedding next Oct.

Excited to see this car run again. It has been a beast so far. Good luck.

Cheers!

Pulled the factory power rack and brake booster. Going to go with a reverse swing pedal to get plug access on the driver side. Will post up part numbers as I get parts

More pieces of the puzzle. Going to block off the water pump ports on the block and weld bungs into the front/back of the heads to prepare for a dry deck motor. The ls2 block will be 100% solid filled to the top of deck, hoping that keeps it from cracking a liner under what I'm gonna put it through.

Got the fittings all welded in today. Have to cut up the motor plate a bit more to get it to fit, then from there water pump, radiator, and coolant line plumbing

Such an awesome build! It inspired me to go ahead with my back half build on my 2010 camaro. This is my first post, but if its not too much trouble will you fill me in on your rear axle specs? Like bare housing length, wheel size/back space etc? I have the same 4 link back half on order. i have 31x16.5x15s

Absolutely man!

The axle housing bare is 37", axle to axle 42", backspace is 4" on a 15x14. To fit that size tire I'd probably go will a 2-3" backspace.
