Poly engine mounts
Im sure its been talked about a bunch, but how do those who are running poly engine mounts like them? Figured while i have mine torn down i might as well cover that base. 60k miles and installing the max package. Any input? Bad vibrations? Thanks

I have Detroit Speed engine mounts. My car shakes along with my cam chop at idle. The engine definitely feels more connected to the car. It increases NVH, mainly vibration, but it doesn't bother me. I daily mine and love it.

Noise, vibration and harshness..everything we (I) like about a hi-po car.
Been using Prothane for approx. 3 yr now, car feels more solid and connected. Good luck! PEACE

I have had mine for a few years too. My experience is pretty much the same as the other guys mentioned.

You could also just throw on a set of Z/28 motor mounts - they are beefier than SS mounts and you still retain the factory NVH benefits. Hammdo has run them on his supercharged "ZL1/LE" with no issues.
I still have stock mounts on my supercharged set up, but have some z/28 mounts waiting on the shelf...

Another vote for z/28 mounts. They’re stiffer mounts but don’t add much NVH

I got some bmr solids waiting to throw on once I do a head swap though lol. Poly trans mounts are in though but it vibrates a lot at certain rpm, better shifts though so who cares
