I wonder what the comparison of stock blower pulley combos would be compared to this blower?

If I understand your question, it is a 40% bigger blower so 40% overdrive pullies on the LSA blower. It isn't the same exactly as I'd expect the Kong to be more efficient. It does give you some idea of the territory you're in with the Kong.
