The only other info I found is that the earlier Corvette Z06 LS7s had the Delphi sensor and switched to the Bosch sensor in later years. Maybe that means the early LS7s were using the Gen III LS map harness for the Delphi Map and then switched to the Gen IV style map harness for the Bosch? This is just me guessing, so i would definitely wait until you hear form GPI. But I do love me some LS part # investigative work lol.

I could actually make the factory original sensor work. It would require me to drill the hole in the new intake a little bigger, but it would work. Has the same clip on it as the ls7 sensor. Dont want to do that just yet though. Ill see what gpi says tomorrow

GPI just got back to me. They said what I was just going to do anyway. Slightly enlarge the hole then the factory sensor will pop right in. Of course the ls7 sensor could work, just need an ls7 harness. All good. They said moving forward, they are going to modify the ls7 intakes going out so it fits the factory sensor. Thanks for the help fellas

So modified the intake last night. I was getting .45ish on the base of the sensor. A 7/16" drill bit mic at roughly .43 and obviously was too small. 1/2" was .50, too big. So a step bit then a die grinder to finish is what worked for anyone who cares

Awesome. Glad you got that figured out without having to mess with the wiring harness or anything ridiculous.
It's a nice feeling having a solid company stand behind you when you need help after the sale. GPI will be getting all my business when I do my cam swap.
