Cost to install converter and trans. cooler?

Ok, what have some of you paid to install a converter and trans cooler? I ask because I started to ask around and I was shocked at some of the prices and some I thought were very reasonable. How long does this really take to do? I would assume at least 5 hours and as many as 10 with both the trans cooler and converter? Also, I did a search but what would be a good cooler to run or you all have run with a converter? I am looking at the circle d 3200 11 inch (278mm) converter.

Needless to say I was quoted as high as 1500-2k just for labor to install a trans cooler and stall converter for just labor but as low as 800 for both just labor. Also, I assume the transmission will have to be re-tuned once a higher stall converter is put in?

I know a lot of you will say you do it yourself but that isn't an option for me as I am still recovering from a torn acl and I don't have access to a lift. Even on jack stands it would be to much for my bad knee right now. I won't be crawling under a 5th gen anytime soon.lol

Just wondering at least what would be excessive for labor? I don't want to get hosed and taken for a ride.
