BMR Suspension New Part LCA355
New Product Release!
BMR Lower Control Arms for 2010-2015 Camaro LCA355 - $229.95 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Launching harder and reducing wheel hop to your 2010-2015 Camaro is easy with lower control arms from BMR Suspension. Stock stamped steel control arms with soft rubber bushings deflect under load and absorb power instead of transferring it to the tires. Constructed from heavy-duty 1.25"x 0.120" DOM tubing and Delrin bushings, our fifth gen lower control arms offer exceptional strength and rigidity. The BMR Lower Control Arms (LCA355) rigid construction eliminates control arm flex, giving you much improved repeatability on the street or starting line. The LCA355 offers the superior traction required to excel against the competition. BMR designed the LCA355 for the hardcore drag racer who also drives on the street. Available in black hammertone or red powdercoat for long-lasting good looks. Installation time is 1-2 hours. Proudly made in the U.S.A. What exactly is new about these? I have had a pair of LCAs that look exactly like these for a few years now.

How are they "soft rubber bushings" if they're made of Delrin? Delrin is a Thermoplastic,
and is structurally rigid. |

What exactly is made differently? Every detail is exactly like the ones I have. I have seen pics of one slight variation of these arms, which has two gussetts on the delrin bushed end. These "new" ones don't have the gusset and mine don't, either. Mine are probably over 5 years old.
It would be nice if BMR would specify exactly what is different on their website. |

Your right, they look like the MTCA030. The only ones that I remembered them having was the square tube style.

These are described to be for drag applications right? The old square tube models are better for road course?

I think I figured it out. MTCA003 is chromoly (thanks for that part number, gtstorey. I could not remember it) and these new ones (LCA355) are DOM.
Why did BMR not come out and say that? Why are the chromoly versions no longer on their website? Were they breaking? Are they not being made anymore? Should owners of the chromoly versions be worried about something? |

The notes I posted above are in the instructions for both LCA355 and MTCA03.
