It would be to your advantage to do both at the same time. Aside from the savings in labor and second tune, you could also get the most out of a SC specific cam.
Someone local to me posted how got a cam spec'd for supercharging first, planning to get the SC done later even though the shop advised against it. He said it did not run well and made very little power.
