I think he’s talking about the 1000 hp. They both can handle up to 1000.

Oh ok, well I know it can handle more than the DSX just based on the 680Lph it puts out. I have a buddy on YouTube that ran 1300cc injectors on the stock ZL1 fuel pump with the DSX and couldnt get over 780whp on E85 and he was professionally tuned, pullied and ported. His tuner said he ran out of fuel, so hes working to get a Squash dual.

I'm not knocking the DSX, It would've worked for me with my new mods for sure but I didn't want to drill a hole in my tank and with the DW, I can run the car all the way down to empty if I absolutely had to. Not a good idea with a return system mind you because of heating the fuel, but it is possible. The DSX would be much easier to install and can still use the OE fuel rail. I can't really say the DW will be cheaper either. The pump was $750, but time you get fuel lines and wiring it would be more expensive.

I guess it's just what you want to do.
Cheers guys.

Man . Feeling alittle intimidated readin y’all post about wiring and such , this is gonna help me when it’s time to run my squash system . Question : on larry pic that he drew he went 10am out of the tank then switched to 8an . From what I was told 8an support 800hp’s? So mixing supports alittle more ?
Just want to understand why necking it down to 8an ? And so what’s the final verdict wiring the pump to green/white ?

Just my $.02 but 8AN is more than enough for over 1000hp and from what I understand, the green/white is what controlled the OE fuel pump relay and has some crash safety built in. Others can expand on this.

My system is complete overkill, but I only wanted to do it once. Who knows what the future will bring.

The green/white wire is what sends the signal to the stock fuel relay so I used that to maintain system safeties. I'll attach a sketch of how I wired the relays for my setup.
