Took the animal out for track day. Actually it's a 7000 foot runway. NHRA sanctioned event. Saw some crazy builds. About 150 cars and only 1 track issue when a guy lost his driveshaft. Next day setup is September 24th. Might try a test and tune at Atco before then. Also putting together another build, just looking for a donor car.

Not sure on the build yet. I do miss my 4th gen Z28 though.
One thing I do know is this build goal will be a 9 second car.

I wanted to try to hit a couple of those events this year but my work schedule is all over the place. I did the scrambul event last year, both days and had an absolute blast despite overheating issues and lack of any traction.

Very cool. The track events out at the Las Vegas Speedway allow passengers as well, as long as they are 16 and older.

I did the Scrambul runway challenge too! Traction was terrible on that runway. You should definitely try to hit one of these. It's on a different runway and traction is much better. It's partially prepped with a good deal of rubber down and a burnout box.
