Dashboard right turn signal indicator not working all the time

I am new to the Camaro, but I suspect this can happen with any car. I have owned quite a few cars (older and newer), but have not seen this before. When I turn my right blinker on, the dash indicator works only some of the time. The right, outside blinkers are working as expected. The left dash signal indicator works all of the time. When the hazards are on, I only see the left signal indicator. I have not yet pulled the cluster apart to see if there may be a loose connection or corrosion.

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, what was your solution.

Sounds like bulb specific and/or wiring to the bulb. Think your on the right track checking connections.
