Has anyone found an aftermarket gauge set to go in the center console? I'd like some gauges there with a little more resolution or even digital gauges.

^Autometer makes this dual pod cluster for the center console but this particular console pod is designed to be used on the Camaro models that feature the tray there and no gauges. It's not designed to replace existing gauges if your model has the optional 4 gauge pack in front of shifter. Same pod is also available on phasteks website linked below.
