Getting comfy with cutting tools
Not everyone follows the build pages so I wanted to post this here.
I started with the ZL1 grill, cut out the chevy badge. Hit a deer and Insurance paid for a new bumper. i decided to use gm part #s. Fitment is excellent. I did have to buy new/updated fog light housing. the 2010 did not match with the fog light bezel. Last, a fellow member of the forum sent me a cut out template for the 14/15 hood vent. and a used gm vent and water tray. Without the template i would have been lost. Here's a final picture. Opinions on a wind splitter? Thinking about the OEM front wind deflectors for the front fenders too

Nice diy! I guess the doe brought you some dough, haha! I did something similar with my grille but I went a step further. With a Dremel, I bought a second bowtie and hollowed out all of the gold in the middle. I got the idea from the Z28. If you look at my signature, you'll be able to see it!
