Something seems off.

I'd call the parts department and ask if the part number on your vin and my vin are the same for the module. If they are, they're pulling your leg.

The service tech. had me go back and see what he was doing. There was an update for the mag ride module and he updated some other modules at the same time. He showed me that my vin did not have the ability to reset the mag ride height. He then pulled up a 2014 on the same lap top and the service option to reset ride height was listed.

He was very generous and did not charge me the $170 for the hour they spent on it.

I looked up the part numbers for the mag ride modules p/n: 22912414 for the 2013 and module p/n: 22936368 for the 2014 so they are different. Trying to get a used 2014 module from ebay.

Well Vic, I hope it works out. No telling if the 2014 module will work or if it will even be able to be communicated through the ECM. I imagine it will work fine since it's all CanBus anyway.

I was able to pick one up for $40 on ebay so will find out... Will keep you updated.

Any updates on this? I’m interested because I have a 2012. I won’t lower the car unless I I know it can reset.
