Opinions wanted: Best wax/sealant after paint correction on a BLACK car
What are you guys using? Black Camaro that lives in the garage and never sees rain.
Car is ready for a wax or sealant and just can't decide which one to go with. I tried Collinite 845 and it kept ghosting on me. Ended up removing it IPA. Tried Sonax PNS, i got hung up on the lack of slickness to the touch after application. Just looking for something that isn't too difficult by hand, won't ghost or sweat on me if I don't get it "perfect" because I won't and deeper shine the better. No concern of how well it protects, the only element this car ever sees is dust and the garden hose. I don't care how long it last either. I've had good luck with Zaino brothers in the past and if I can't get good recommendations, i guess I will try them again. Thanks, Brian

I have a Black Truck that I use the 2 Below Chemical guys products on and I always thought it looked great, After about a week or so I top it with this mothers product and it is like a mirror. The truck is kept in one of my shops and doesn't see rain all that often so similar to your situation.
As you know with Black you need to be careful rubbing against the paint and what not as the little scuffs and scratches really show. Try the Mothers Spray I think you will impressed, I also use the Adams Graphene Detail spray which works well. My Camaro is going to be getting the Adams Advanced Graphene/Ceramic coating sometime soon. https://www.chemicalguys.com/black-l...WAC_307_1.html https://www.chemicalguys.com/black-l...ght-glaze.html https://mothers.com/products/cmx-cer...-coating-01024

Turtle Wax Color Magic was the best in the 90s.

Added to my list to try. First I had heard of the black luminous wax. I've heard good things on the Mother's product. I remember that "stuff". Seems they still make it. Gonna pass Quote:

Thanks for all the feedback guys, I decided to go back to the Zaino system. Works as good as I remember and am extremely happy with it!
