Never thought about using propane.. might be something to try. I haven’t had the lid off at all and haven’t had an issue as far as tuning it before installing the cam.
Not a bad idea on posting it to HP tuners forum Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I hate to sound dumb but which hose is that? Is it behind the supercharger?

No it's in the front. It looks like a 3/8 hose U shaped. You can see it under the black bypass dashpot looking thing.

Doesn't look to be leaking.. both ends are connected and locked. Started the car and sprayed some carb cleaner on the house and both connectors no change in idle.

Anyway, try the propane sniff test everywhere and post your tune and log to the HPT forum. Good luck

Worst case, if you cant find the suspected leak, the tuner can just correct the MAF for the leak.

Tuning issues
Okay got some replies back on HP forums.. was pretty much told that I need a new tuner and that this is something that’s all very basic stuff and an easy fix.. that’s disappointing to hear.
Glad it’s not something physically wrong… and I’ve been through the car with a fine tooth comb numerous times so I’m glad I’m not crazy but sucks that I’ve paid money to someone I trusted to tune it correctly Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
