Good tire options

Hi, I would like to know what are some good tire options if I’m not trying to buy high performance tires. All I need is comfort and reliability. I’m not taking this car to the track or 1/4. I don’t do 160 on the streets literally never go above 100 anymore. What are some cheaper options for tires I can go with? Hate spending money on performance tires I really don’t use. Would like to get some decent priced tires that won’t break the bank and are still good tires for what I need

Sounds like you could use the cheapest possible tires that are available in the sizes you need.

Mine had Toyo Ectensa tires on it when I got it. They rode well enough and had something like a 45-50k mile rating on them. They are a mid-price tire about which I had no complaints. Of course, I'm on wider and softer tires now, but I do most of the things you no longer do, so........

Not sure what price point you really want. For general quality described, I'd consider...

Continental DWS06 Extreme Contact
Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4

I run General Gmax RS on my 2010 2SS/RS and 2012 ZL1, both are on OEM ZL1 wheels. Tire size front is 285/35/20 and rear is 305/35/20. Love them.

I'm on the General Gmax RS tires too. 275/40 up front and 305/35 out back. They are a good "compromise tire". They do a decent job at pretty much anything I've asked of them, but they aren't "great" at any one thing. I'm at about 25k miles on them now, and they still have some life left in them. Spirited street driving, and a few track days.

I've run quite a few different tires on my 330,000 mile Camaro. Lately I've been liking the Nitto Motivo 365s.
