Hi. So do you have already it in your car right ? For sure I can see on the video it will make solid the entire rear end. But how about normally daily drive ? When you hit dumps in the road ? Is it confortable using in daily drive ?Like I said, I am worried about how confortable is it for daily drives.

Is there any other option to suggest ?
Maybe this one =

Don't do the inserts, do the solid without a doubt, Daily driving they will be fine and if you are tracking your car I would say they are a must have. I would get all of the rear suspension parts ad drop the cradle once.
If I was you I would be looking at Lower control arms, Adjustable toe rods upper control arm mounts, Trailing arms, Sway bars and shocks/springs or coil overs.

Front suspension has a little less to change, But still has some things to be addressed. Skip the wing and splitter for now and get suspension sorted.

There are a variety of people with solid cradle bushings. It is not the primary thing that absorbs bumps in the suspension at all. Jewel has them and has been happy. I have BMR poly bushings in mine along with various other BMR parts and it's good for daily, no problem. I chose the poly bushings in part because I decided to match the BMR poly I have in the diff and other areas.

Hey there, again, lol. So yeah the solid cradle mounts in a daily driver won't be a problem, I daily drove mine for about 5-6 years with them. The only thing you will notice is more road noise with them from the rear. Nothing major. The bumps in the road won't be affected by them, your shocks will take care of that, no difference in the ride. My Camaro is lowerded 1.25 all the way around on Pfadt springs and is very comfortable to cruise in! I really like them. I got them on recomendation from From the guys at JDP Motorsports, they do a lot of track racing with Camaros and vettes, they know their stuff so to speak. And as mentioned by the other guys here, get your suspension good first, then do the spoiler and splitter. Gotta get the car handling great before you can go fast!

As an aside, if you're worried about bad roads yet being good for track, you may want to consider a good coilover setup. Then you can be adjustable.

I am really thinking about buying the

"aFe for Control PFADT Series Subframe Mount Set"

as you guys saying for daily drive is not that bad and for track is really good.

I will drop my cradle to upgrade other parts already, so why not buy it now.

But just to say, that or me is kind expensive as difference in currency from REAL x USD is almost 6 times.

For now I can't afford anything else. Unfortunelly.

But just for refence in the future upgrades, about =

"Lower control arms, Adjustable toe rods upper control arm mounts, Trailing arms, Sway bars and shocks/springs or coil overs. "

If is not asking too much, can you guys link those parts ?

Thank you again so much for all the replies and tips.

I really appreciated.

Maybe here = https://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=...=17&superpro=0

My suggestions,
These should be done when you drop cradle as they are hard to get in with cradle up.
https://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=...171&superpro=0

Next two go together
https://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=...487&superpro=0
https://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=...460&superpro=0

https://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=...483&superpro=0

https://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=...164&superpro=0

I run the non adjustable Lower control arms, but if I had to do it again I would get the adjustable ones as I had a hard time getting alignment specs I wanted. I would get the camber bolts if you go non adjustable.

Front radius rod insert
https://pedders.com/products/ep6578-...maro-2010-2015

Then you have top decide what shocks/springs or coil overs you want to run.
There are also more track oriented options that run different ends instead of poly bushings but you will lose street ride quality. There are also other companies besides the links I posted but I believe they have a quality product at a fair price. This is where I would start there is more to do but this would b a good start.

I can say for sure if I have that money, I will get all the parts suggested.
But I already spent too much money.

For now it will be =

02-)Kit 2 Bushings for Rear Suspension Balance Tray
03-)aFe for Control PFADT Series Subframe Mount Set Orange
04-)Polyurethane Rear Control Arm Bushings UPPER

Near Future =

01-)BMR STB017H Hammertone 11-15 Camaro Strut Tower Brace 2-point
https://ebay.us/m/HbMic7

02-)Hotchkis Performance 20104 Chassis Max Handle Bars Fits
https://ebay.us/m/OsX323

Long Future = All parts suggested by Joe G.
