Thats a good looking kit. Does anybody know what type of blower it is? Roots, twin screw or hybrid? I can't seem to find that info on the Edelbrock website...

Slim2SS are your going to use a custom intake or the one that came in the box with the supercharger? I would like to see how much diffenents it is between the custom and the one in the box that comes with Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger. And what kind of number are you looking for on Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger?

I plan on using the intake that came with the kit. From my understanding the e-force HP is very close to the Maggie but it does it at a lower boost pressure. So if this is true as they say same HP , less boost,= longer engine life. This is just my thoughts and one of the things I considered when I made my choice on the unit.

It is a Eaton TVS 2300,

From their website,

E-FORCE EFI SUPERCHARGER KITS
FEATURING EATON® GEN VI TWIN VORTICES SERIES ROTOR GROUP
These Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger Kits provide instant, reliable and safe horsepower with low boost for minimum stress on the engine. The core of each system is the Eaton Gen VI 2300 TV S® Supercharger rotating assembly. Eaton's assembly features a four lobe design with 160° of twist for maximum flow, minimum temperature rise and quiet operation for excellent drivability. The supercharger assembly has been integrated into the intake manifold for a seamless design with minimal components, eliminating the possibility of vacuum leaks between gasket surfaces. Edelbrock's inverted supercharger assembly is uniquely oriented, allowing for an incredible amount of intake runner length for maximizing low end torque. An integrated bypass valve helps eliminate parasitic loss under light throttle for improved mileage potential.

I got a few hours today to work on the install. First I must thank Edlebrock again for over nighting me the correct tensioner bracket. I have made it to step #120 and that is as far as I am going for tonight. So I guess I have about 8hrs or so buy myself working on this. Not to bad so far. I figure I can easily finish the install tomorrow.

Now here is my latest problem, Stillen called me the other day and asked for the PCM serial number for my car so I called them with it to only find out that the tuner they sent with my kit has no tune on it for me to be able to start the car when done. I have been calling them every half hour to get my tune e-mailed to me other wise I am SOL untill monday at least. I am not very happy with there lack of response to getting me my tune.

Here are some Pics of the unit bolted down to the car.

Man that looks pretty good. Can't wait to see the finished product, and your #'s. And maybe a vid of the dyno, or a street run

Great work man keep it up, hopefully they'll send you the tune soon.
