but hyundai has repeated and stated many many many times, the v8 engine CANNOT fit in the genesis coupe.....

the engine itself is...meh? i would say its about on par with the ford 5.0 , a little more HP a little less TQ

Wow, that would be interesting. A muscle car out of Korea? LOL. That would be a great car really. I hope it happens. GM and Ford would NOT let Hyundai take top ground of the muscle car wars.

I still say the Genesis Coupe looks like nothing more than a redesigned Tiburon. Hardly noticeable on the road.

I agree - not really the best on the appearance. However, I also concede that their exterior design is a much easier to see out of design. Function over form, in this instance.

As for the new engine - I'm all for more competition.

I'd wager it'll start somewhere between about 34,000 and about 37,000. The V6 version starts about 27,000.
