Um, close the windows when driving in the rain? It probably has something do with the angle of the window and door. I noticed that the Camaro is a lot more quiet with the windows down than my Camry.

They still work though. Pay attention when driving in the morning or evening though to the drivers behind you. I've found they have their sunvisors down, when the roofline was blocking the sun on the Camaro.

The sunvisor still works great, just have to put them vertical.

Agreed, specially for manual, however, it is not bad if you use 16oz cups without the straw or typical 12 oz pop cans.

Come on now Tony.. I'm confident you can do the glovebox mod. You did afterburner tail lights!

Actually I did the glovebox light real easy. I believe the light in the glovebox was planned, as you can see the hole on the left hand side. In my case I merely used an ambient light from the door and wired it into the ambient light circuit. It's just an LED that comes on and stays on when the headlights are on.

My personal biggest pet peave is the way the USB memory stick reads music. Lets scatter up the folders you made so songs play alphabetical. I'm sorry but Dark Side of the Moon should be played beginning to end, not skipped around. The workaround to that is make MP3 Cd's They play folder by folder!

- I wish it had keyless entry/push button start like my C6 Corvette had. I know, sound kinda stupid, but that key is a real pain in the ass! The damn thing ALWAYS opens in my pocket and has some considerable weight behind it.
- Seat belt is in an annoying position ...
- Paint blows - way too many swirl marks (C6 was the same way)
- Blind spot
- Not sure why, but I seem to be getting a lot more nicks in my windshield on this car than the C6 and the TBSS that I owned before the Camaro (same drive to work) ... ???

I guess we could find something wrong with ANY of the cars we've owned ... but you asked ...

my only peeves are:

Exhaust way too quiet, but NOT FOR LONG!! LOL!
No Glove Box LIGHT
No vanity Mirror Light, this means my wife complains about it!

Id love a Navigation, and Dual Cliamte Controlls but its an american muscle car, dont want to get it too HOYTIE TOYTIE!

Paint chips - got my first couple majors this week. On hood too, going to be a problem long term.

Visors - suck, not that big a deal.

Blind spot - take it for overall look.

Seat belts - twist and ride high.

Cup holders - I don't drive stick and still can't use with anything other than a 12 oz can.

Techie stuff:

USB connection - slow for playlists and/or doesn't work most of time (iOs4).

When does work, no way to quickly change method of listening. I may be doing a playlist, or full library random, hear a song, and then want to listen to that artist from then on. Need to go back in and do a full search. Would like to be able to select that while song is playing in 1/2 clicks. Same goes for album of current song. Apply that to an unassigned bottom number button if there is one.

Also don't like how first song in alphabetical order starts playing once it connects. I hear the same average song starting with A every time I start my car, it's like an unchosen anthem. Keep it off until I hit play or select something from search.

Voice Commands - Need to execute in more complicated way if not using onstar.

(Call XYZ = use OnStar)
(Call - wait - call using Device Name - wait - XYZ - wait - Did you say XYZ - yes - wait - Calling = Regular) (Or something close to that).

There should be a choice to set your primary and secondary phone method, and if your bluetooth cellphone is primary, then "Call XYZ" works automatically. Same for other voice commands. Route to cell if primary is chosen as cell.

Google Maps to Navigation = useless.

Need to register account, send to OnStar, then CALL OnStar using your minutes that you buy from OnStar to listen to the directions over a phone line.

OnStar should send the text directions to the screen when I start the car without me needing to call them or listen to them.

In future, companies should work out a standard for all map sites that one can download to usb stick or phone as a file, and connect via USB or bluetooth to nav system. Nav scans connected device for new files in designated folder, choose the latest one or ask, then load up the text directions for on-screen viewing. Cut OnStar and other companies out from the process if the user desires it. I shouldn't have to pay for OnStar and OnStar minutes to use my system's nav system, when I already paid for a tech upgrade and it's on my phone for free. Charge a 1 time fee for the nav connection tech and use an industry standard.

You say - just call OnStar and ask. F THAT. I don't like talking to people, and half the time I don't know where I'm going. I need to look around, figure out route, zoom in and out before I get the final route. I may need to go 4 places I know where to go before going to that other place later. Plus if the address is off a little bit (E/W, RR#/Street Name variances), they can't help you.

I'm down with OnStar for crash and theft issues, but not nav or phone.

Not digging the center speaker -

It messes up audio on most songs which are optimized for front/back or regular stereo. Have to reduce that and push fader to back speakers to achieve a semi-normal sound. (BA 2LT)

Wow - sounds like I hate this car. Don't at all, best car I ever owned, and very happy overall. Just trying to give some feedback.

The cup holders couldn't have been put in a worse place for a M6 driver.
The stock spoiler screws came off 3-4 times (aftermarket spoiler fixed that )
The stock shift knob felt terrible, eggs are for cooking not driving. (Hennessey fixed that)
A/C feels like it takes forever to get working when you actually need it.
I realise it isnt a Ferrari, but some of the plastic interior pieces look a bit tacky.
Wasn't a huge fan of the stock exhaust note, or how loud it was.
No touch screen navigation, not really a issue, but would have been super nice to have.
Weighs a lot, but understandable they dont want a 38k$ car being as fast as their Corvette.
I keep getting calls from the Diablo Valley school district letting me know school is starting soon for my child on the car phone. (lol?)

I do agree on the cup holder placement, its so bad that I literally refuse to put any drinks just because it hits my arm since I have the manual when Im shifting.

This program isnt so bad as many people make it seem. OnStar eNav is free to subscribers with the Directions and Connections service and I love it actually considering I dont have a smartphone or a GPS unit so it works to my benefit.

It only uses minutes if youre on the lower plan as far as I know..
