Went out for a new Camaro but came home with.....

I had the cash to replace my 2010 2SS I sold this spring but the more I thought about it and the harder I looked I couldnt justify spending that much coin on a 5th gen..............

so....................

I bought a 6th gen!

its a 2008 A6 1LT with only 5400 one owner miles, I got it with both tops for about what a no option 2SS stickers for.................

there was a A6 1SS w 2500 miles locally for $27k that was very tempting and if the Camaro had the LS3 vs the L99 it might have won out................

the Vette is awesome though, having owned both the Vette flat out, out performs the Camaro in every way........................

I will put another 5th gen into my driveway sooner or later though

The only Vette I'll ever have in my driveway will be the one doing CPR on the dog I hit with my Camaro. Too rich for my blood!

Nice. I have to have (even useless) back seat though.

Congrats, I would have both if I could. The one thing I am envious about is mod for mod the Vette will always be faster. Its going to take heads and cam to edge out a stock one for crying out loud.

Good God, I don't think that ZR1 could be any prettier. I have to have one in my mid life crisis years for sure.

I've been a good boy most of my life, maybe karma will reward me some day.

Looks good. One parents friends got a 4LT i forgot the year but it that generation. My dad test drove it very smooth and a lot of torque in 1-3 gear
