Does your car Whistle?

I am just interrested if anyone else is hearing the same sound.

When I am driving with the windows down I can hear a whistling noise coming from the side mirror and when I put my hand over the open space btw. the car and mirror the noise goes away.

Anyone hearing the same thing?

Mine too......right around 2200 RPMs when the blower spools up.

Can't hear anything else after that!

Mine had the window whistle. I would hear it mostly at night, driving less than 40 mph, when it was quiet outside and my driver window was down.

It took me a while to figure out what it was.

Yes, my 2002 does the same thing. I think it's the plastic seal at the front of the window where the mirror connects. It's annoying, but I just try and ignore it.

I noticed the same exact thing. I think it has something to do with the tweeter speaker.

The whistle is from the design of the mirror and the way it cuts into the wind at the lower mph. Once you speed up the force of the air going around the car deadends the whistle.

I noticed that on my commute to work it does it at about 35mph. At 25mph it doesn't do it.

I also noticed that when driving in the rain you can kind of see the way the water moves around what might be causing that. If you hold your hand between the sail panel and mirror it will go away.
