Took off from a stop sign earlier and had a guy do a 180 to turn around and look after me, lol. It was funny watching him turn in the rear view mirror. Ive also had a bunch of people pull up next to me to tell me I have a nice car, or to give me a thumbs up.

Easily most memorable moment was Power Tour. More specifically if I had to narrow it down...

The other week my wife and I took a shortcut to the grocery store, and went past the practice field for the Junior Varsity football team at my old school. She laughed, and said look over there. The whole team stopped practicing and was checking out my Camaro as I passed by.

New member here. We just bought our 2011 Yellow with black stripes RS LS2 and have only had it for a few weeks. This last weekend we took a short drive through the Houston area and had two great experiences.

First, while driving on the freeway there was a middle aged woman driving a black Mercedes. As we started to pass her I looked over and she was mouthing very flamboyantly "Nice Bumblebee" and holding the classic rock symbol with both hands in the air. She was all excited seeing our car but was also scary since she was not looking where she was going to holding the wheel at 75 MPH.

Then about 30 minutes later we pull into a Sonic for a malt. The car hop kept asking about the car and talking about how she was a tomboy and LOVED Transformers.

Wherever we go we get comments, but this weekend was over the top.

1) Driving up to Kannapolis 5months ago to check out the baseball game. Minivan full of HS softball girls were being driven by a mom. I am behind them in the left lane on 77, and all of a sudden every girl in the car turns around and starts pointing at the car. LOL...I guess Mama bear saw the ride and went nuts, I let them hear the exhaust when the pulled into the right lane and I took off.

2) LEO pulls me over for a vague reason, checks the papers and lets me drive off while admiring the car

"Is there a problem officer?"
