What times did you guys run? If Chris is the same one who was at the Hooters meet yesterday, I'm hoping a 12.xx popped up there!

I've found that the earlier you get to the track the better. I get to 75&80 when they open, and I've gotten 6 passes in that first hour. Then, after everyone arrives, I get one pass every 2 hrs. It does get frustrating.

Yes it was Chris from hooters....(cm5217) he ran a 12.96 on his first pass .. Edog spun the tires baaadd ..but we waited over 3 hours for the second run... I pretty much was done after that.... I managed a 13.18 in the heat of the day .....wasnt bad...but I was talkin with some other people and its like round robin on a true test and tune day ....so Im goning tomorrow to get this thing down the track quicker

Also markssylver was there with his supercharged SS....he was clockin 11.8-9's ....it was good to meet him

damn, we pulled up around 1:20 when the bright orange 71' chevelle entered, I had forgotten my kids ear protection and the little one was passed out in the backseat anyways....and for $20 a adult head, I said screw it, we cruised down to swan point then headed back to la plata to Rita's for ice cream and home. maybe next time.

I just wanted to see some cars, already did my runs at the beginning of the year, and the car goes into the shop for a major overhaul in 2 weeks, I'm going to try for a test and tune after I get her back and break her in, hopefully before it gets too cold. Maybe I'll shoot down for a visit, but for $20 a adult just to watch, that sucks butt!!

Snoopster, I wish I could join you. I wont make it tomorrow. Are they going to charge you again?

Had a great time with you and Chris. We need to do this again soon.

Chris, look at October 1st. Let me know if it works for you. Let me know early so I can put it on the books. Hopefully we can get some others out with us.

If headers only get you a fender, it won't be such a rush.
