It's always good fun to give someone a hard time, just as long as you dont get screwed in the process!!! Momma said there'd be days like these!

What oil, gas and wax are guys going to use?

I'll probably use synthetic Valvoline oil. I have a V6 Altima that I've had good luck with a mid-grade gas. It just revs up smoother. I'll probably do the same on the Camaro V6.

I've watch the Camaro threads for several months and have heard a lot of good things about Zaino wax. I've used it on some of my other cars and it seems to be a top notch product.

Any advice on cleaning/shining tire products?

Have always used Mobil 1, no complaints. 93. I wouldnt feel right put anything less in my 8.

I use Pinnacle Wax. (www.pinnaclewax.com) I used to do some light detailing when I lived down south and you could only find this stuff down there. I use the paste wax every once in a while and usually just use the spray wax after the bath. It's a little pricey but it's Carnauba and it's real good stuff.

For the tires I've always used the Meguiars Hot Shine Tire Coating. It comes in a spray bottle with an adjustable tip.

Well, I ordered it on August 12th , so I expected delivery about a month ago. At this rate I might wind up towing it home if they don't get a move on. Old Man Winter's out there right now doin push-ups and steroids, revvin up to kick some butt around here.
