Quick (legal) question for one of the mods? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

My girlfriend is making an outfit to wear to C5Fest. She wants to put some logos on it to make it stand out a little more so its not plain. Can she use the C5FestII logo or even the blue C5 logo?

She is not selling anything or using it other than to decorate her outfit. I just dont know if that is something that will become a legal issue if you guys have a copyright on it or something. Seeing how if she ends up in any photos it will have those logos on it.

I guess I should add that the outfit is by no means sleezy or distasteful.

I think anything to promotes C5 in a positve manner is a Win-Win situation for all of the Gen5 owners past,present and furture. Please share some photos of the Good times.

And I agree with that. Considering this is just a forum and they are not really selling products (minus stickers and shirts) I didnt think it would be an issue. Non the less I wanted to make sure as they are a "company" as they sell advertising space to other companies and they do sell stickers and other items with their logo on it.

Advertising is always good for a company, but some companies dont want their logo on anything they didnt produce themselfs.
