I'm watching carbs pretty close. I seem to lean up pretty quick on lower carbs. 1/2 cup of chili beans (Bush Brand) has 20gr of carbs but only 6gr of protein. I'm not sure bean protein counts anyway....your body has to process it more than REAL protein from meat.

The fat doesn't worry me, when I did KETO last year I ate nothing but fats and protein (NO carbs) and got down to 7% BF. Felt weird but hey haha.

I may do one can of beans instead of two, or something like that...maybe 1.5lbs of beef instead of two.

I do the 94% lean beef or turkey for my meals using ground meat.

I am a firm believer in "Muscle, not Momentum!" Lower the weight a little, keep good form and reap the benefits. Who cares that you can curl 100 pounds or pull down 200 lbs if you are using your entire body to do it?????

...that is all.....I will get off my soap box now!
Amen to that. I see folks swinging weights around all the time. I wanna go correct them but usually don't. The worst offenders are on the lat pulls. They're rocking back and forth like they're rowing a boat LMAO.

I could eat my weight in Ground turkey. I can see where you are coming from on the carbs, but I'm not a anti carb freak I just eat healthy and go with the flow. As long as you be sure to cook your meat seperate and drain all the grease its not that bad, cook out some of that yucky fat.

YES!!! That is EXACTLY what I saw today!!! I just stood there and shook my head....like you, I wanted to say something but didn't. I am sure these guys would rather me come over and kick em in their package than to correct them on their form!!!

Another funny thing was today I was doing bi's and this big tall Navy guy was only curling 20 lbs. When he put the weights down, I went and picked them up and did more reps/sets than he did!!! Made me feel GREAT!!! GIRL POWER!!!!

Everyone reacts differently to foods. In my case, carbs seem to be the enemy. I never get "fat" no matter what I eat even when I'm bulking in the winter, but when I wanna get ripped with the 6 pack I get better (faster) results cutting out carbs. I do a good carb load on like Sunday, then watch them pretty close through the week.

Bodybuilding.com sent me some supplement for free a few weeks ago. I think I'm gonna try it out and see how it does. It's called Hydronic Razor and is made by Panthera Labs. They Diamond Fire X7 they sent me last time didn't do jack, so I doubt this will either but since it's free I'm gonna try it out. I'll let you guys know what i think.

Hahahaha, you said "package" LMAO

My little trainee got to do a good leg workout. I made him do 100 squats, sets of 20 reps. Well, the last few sets were at 8 reps...lol. Yes, I was trying to kill him for those curious. He was cussing me at the moment, but thanking the today for pushing him.

I'm tapering my carbs off little by little The month of July is gonna be pure hell, all chicken, eggwhites and fish and maybe spread out a cup of brown rice throughout the day! :( But I'm mentally preparing myself...thats what happens when you have a goal with a deadline! lol
