Huh, so she admitted to texting and speeding and they dont site her. I guess the police cant really. Interesting. Just get the police report and you should be fine on getting it taken care of. She has insurance right. Too bad you cant sue for stupidity .

hate to say it but her to admit all that to the cop and him to ignore it......

id file a complaint, not nice to say but maybe he thinks hes gonna get some? or maybe he atleast needs a review of the law he is appointed to enforce.

Can't resist...for all forum members that are South Park fans: As my Avatar would say--

"Remember to always have a towel in our Camaro's for just such incidents. It comes in handy to wipe a tear or two , and also helps to wipe up any remnants of a serious "tail whoopin".

Bummer man...the Camaro can be fixed and no one was hurt.
