Holy cow. You actually saw that...lol. I thought we were talking beer and parking lots. We have video of my friends Blue '67 doing a "small" burnout at the host hotel. The local police were the ones egging her on since his wife did it and she is 4'11" tall and sits on a pillow in the drivers seat. The local LEOs were laughing their heads off.

Na, just a few hundred changes made:
Frame, 2 sets of wheelweels, 4 aircraft wiring harnesses from scratch (this was a brutal exercise - 100's of wires and protocol changes), 6 different computers, a small "rollcage"/nets/belts, modified front seats and rails, modifed back seat, 2 headliners, 2 sets of visors, 2 shifters, 3 trannys, 3 torque converters, 3 engines, 2 differentials, 3 sets of axles, 2 sets of wheels, 3 sets of tires, 3 fuel tanks, 3 fuel pumps, 2 additional fuel systems, 2 fuel filler nozzles (93 and C16) 100's of feet of stainless steel lines, 3 batteries, 2 hoods, 2 grilles, 2 trunks, 2 spoilers, 2 radiators, 3 tranny coolers, 2 intercoolers (one A2A, on A2W), 1 bumper mounted intercooler reservoir, 1 intercooler pump, 2 CNC's intercooler pressure tanks, 1 CNC's overflow tank, 2 sets of turbos, 32 injectors, 8 coils, 2 controllers, 3 intake manifolds, 2 intake nozzles, 2 BOV's/Wastegates, 10+ hardlines, 2 power steering systems, 1 billet PS reservoir, 3 cold air intakes, 3 exhaust systems, 2 crossmembers, custom floorpan to clear all associated drivetrain mods, assorted parachute paraphenalia, 2 center consoles, 1 line loc, 2 transbrakes, 2 complete suspensions, arms, bushings; 4 tries of various emblems, 2 windshields, (1) 3 zone fire supression system, 1 GPS tracking, 1 boost/traction control, 6 custom made redline gauges, moved radiator farther forward (3 times - turbos, A2A, A2W), 10+ custom fabricated stainless steel (both hard and braided and thermally protected) lines for: cooling, power steering, air conditioning; 1 modified firewall to clear intake, 2 relocated windshield wipers to clear aforementioned intake, aac red/white halos, led side markers and afterburner taillights; and a whole bunch of other stuff forgotten...

A lot of battlescars, scratches, dings and touch up paint along the way (tough to avoid. ...but the SST will be getting a very "special" paint job once it gets back to FLA - over the winter. Must drive now). ...and the 'ol SST has 669 miles on it. I think we had one design change per mile and as many FedEx and UPS deliveries...

OK, so now there are a few more miles with road tuning - at least 750 miles to date. The SST has been gone almost 800 days so it has averaged less than 1 mile per day.

Someday we may crack 1,000 miles.
