I got showstopper sidemarkers.

I did not got with AAC because of the paint problems, leaking problems, bulb problems reported by many members here.

You're right it is their screw up. So why don't you just return them then? Again, they have a lifetime warranty so you shouldn't have a problem getting your money back.

You need to take the initiative to get the problem resolved. They aren't going to come knocking on your door. These guys are active on the forums. Make the effort to contact them or quit bad mouthing them on the forums. You might have gotten in contact with one CSR that didnt fully understand the situation and warranty.

I took the initiative by calling the official number. They don't deserve the effort of me going out of my way to pming some guy that works there.
I will call the official number again to ask about what I will have to do to return their crappy product and get my money back.
I am posting my bad experience on this forum because this is a community and we are supposed to watch out for each other so that this will not happen to someone else.

And as part of the community we have made suggestions to you to get your issue resolved. If you don't want to listen to it, then don't bother attacking this company and soiling its name. We told you how the right people to contact are. Man up and contact them.

Honestly i havent had any major problems with their stuff, I have the knight rider light, side markers , rear chevy emblem, backup lights fog lights, and interior light, I am going to test them next week though, i noticed a few LEDs are out on 1 of my fog lights. the only thing i could say was that i thought i was going to get a better price since i was a return customer and buying multiple items ( i have a chrysler 300 with some leds)

I read from them that they recently added some more silicone around the units. So this is an admission that the elderly version was defective...

Also I read the it's better to ad some silicone around the plug to get them 100% waterfree.

IMO In such a case, where a company admits it's product has some flaws, I think that they should not charge any transport...

Are we reading the same thread?? He called them. You shouldn't have to waste time chasing around people who it looks like knows there's a problem with their product that the OP paid good money for.

It's not chasing anyone around. The OP has the option of calling them via the phone (which obviously doesn't work) or sending them an email. The OP is just refusing to do anything besides call them. I'm currently having some problems with Bassani, do I just say screw it? No, I find another way to get in contact with them so they can get me my parts.

First off, i have AAC products in my car and have had very few problems. One of my halo rings had a few burned out LED's when i got it. Called them, sent the old ring back (i payed the shipping (6.95 whoopdy doo) and then got the new ones back in about a week. They have a life-time warranty on their parts and so far have been stand up about it. Are you really saying a company is complete crap because you have to pay like 8 bucks to ship something back to them for a free replacement? Jeesh some people.. Its not like if i break some electronics i bought at best buy they are going to come out to my place and pick up the busted part, i gotta get off my duff and drive back to the store... its really no different..
