first thing i noticed was the early GM "chicklet" and said to my wife, hey thats a 2010. She immediately turns to me and says how the heck do you do that? When you love your car that much you just notice those kinds of things. Anyone else with me?

There is a link with a few pics of my car. You can see it behind the front wheels under the word Camaro. It is a little square GM logo that was only on 2010's. I think only early 2010's also, but I'm not sure about that.
ok thank you. i HAD those. after i did the body kit they went bye bye. lol i should get them and put them back on since my car is a early 2010

Those " chicklets " are actually called The GM mark of Excellence badge, and they are like $5 new from the dealer. So if you want some they are very easy to come by. As alot of GM cars and trucks come with them on.

You'd also need to get the GM Performance Division emblem in the engine bay.

You have to remember it is a dream. And dreams have their perks.

My 2010 was made in November 2009 and it did not come with the badge.

It's interesting how there are those little things you notice with GM badging. It's wasn't until I was seriously working toward my purchase that I noticed the Red "SS" meant the car has the "RS" package and a White "SS" meant no "RS" package. Interesting.....

Nope definitely means rs or no rs. The 1ss and 2ss are the exact same on the exterior.
