Door lighting and power connection question

Started to do a couple of LEDs in the door handle and pockets. Started to pull the connector between the door and there is a plug - doesn't look like there is any to get a pair of wires from the door to the cabin. Found this connector on the door harness. If this isn't a power / ground connection - what's the easiest / best way to run a pair of wires from the cabin to the door? 2011 1LT RS.

Hi On the 2011 cars GM did not program them to have power so there dead, If you go the a dealer and have them reprogram them to power like a 2LT then there going to work, what is the fastest is to t-tap the power of your window switch, yellow for + and black for ground.

Yes but on a lot of cars there is not to many extra open slots to put the wires thru.

I'm having a service guy at my dealership do the same for the ABL plug. I'm adding puddle lights on the bottom of my door and my fiberglass door pieces are going to have light up acrylic on them so the ABL plug will help alot for that. I'm slipping the guy $20 and he's powering the ABL, turning off my DRL's, changing my TPMS sensors to warn at 35 psi and changing my tire size so my speedo is correct.

Wish I was closer, so I'd be slipping the same guy a lot more than 20 to do that.
