I called twice a day and thats what it said over the 3 or 4 day trip. it sat in Louisville ky for a day, I'm guessing dropping rail cars and building a train toward Nashville. I called in the morning and then around 8pm. All CSX.

Well Buddy, i think you work for the RR and just aren't telling us. Looks like mine is headed to St. Louis just like you said. Just passed through edgewood, IL and don't think there is anywhere else for it to go. Like you said, it will have to change to UP and i guess roll to Little Rock. I just hope it doesn't sit in St. Louis for a week.

Did you get yours yet?

I wish I worked for the Rail Road, I just looked at the map an figured that's how it would go. Nope, still sitting in Nashville, gonna call the dealer and see if he can apply some heat but not hopeful, he's a small dealer. You will have yours before me.

UPDATE!!

Dealer called and said our car has arrived. Pictures tonight or tomorrow.

I just received notification that mine shipped on 10/11. Hopefully in about 2 weeks out....

I have to say I'm impressed so far.

. A road test is nothing like driving your own. I didn't realize how well the car drove and rode on the road test. I knew I liked it but a 20 mile drive is much better to see how it really is. Backing in the garage was a little strange, not the best rear visibility and the bulges make you think you are crooked. Over time I'll get the feel of it.

My vette club is having an autocross next weekend I think I'll take both, that will help me get the feel of the car.

I know you will be happy when yours gets to ya, gm connects just sent me an email telling me the car is at my dealer. I say a day or so after you get the "unloaded from rail car" message start calling your dealer. Camaro tracker is a little behind.

Checked railcar status and it said "placed at industry" anyone know what this means? To many status codes!

Get the rail car number from your dealer then call the rail roads auto update line, don't talk to a person. there is a thread here that explains it.

I might be wrong but I think that means its placed where they unload the car from the train. Next when you check the rail car it will say unloaded. Then in 5 days it will be in your driveway, least that's what happened with mine.
