You've got that right lil MT. I put a filter on the audio system in Lightning..... anything but the good ol' stuff tries to break thru, the filter traps it and rejects it.

Well, they do have fruit in them, right? When I worked in a donut shop I used to crack up when someone would order a donut and a diet coke! Now I understand!

IMO.... its like eating oreos in milk...... the good equals out the bad. My studies on dieting confirm.... that eating stuff that's "bad" for you might take 5-10 minutes off your life span, but eating it makes you survive another day.... so the good overcomes the bad....... right?

Definitely eat what you enjoy, but enjoy what you eat! No use eating calories that you don't absolutely love! Newest term - mindful eating! Check it out. I hit the gym 2 or 3 times a week and eat small portions.........it's working so far...........
