Those are actually 1968 models. One of them was also vin #1. Both of them together had a total of 3.5 miles.

No. Just no. '69 was a one-off body style. That year only, even though production ran into 1970, which is why the first year of the 2nd Gen is 1970 1/2.

Tuxedo Black 1968 Z/28 RS Front

Hugger Orange 1969 Z/28 RS Front

From the front, the differences are obvious. Fog lights, RS grille, RS headlights, and fenders were all changed.

Tuxedo Black 1968 Z/28 RS Rear

Hugger Orange 1969 Z/28 RS Rear

From the rear, note the taillights and the downward slope of the 67/68 vs the horizontal 69 quarter panels. From both front and rear you can see that the 67/68s had round wheel wells, as opposed to the more square 69s.

They even had different interiors between the two years.

1968 Interior

Round gauges, knobs, and air vents. HVAC and Radio in the center, both oriented horizontally.

1969 Interior

Square gauge bezels, square vents, HVAC mounted vertically next to the tach and radio (blocked by steering wheel) horizontally underneath.

I don't think the two cars shared a single panel.

Well, it's the first regular production car with a VIN ending in A9100001. Now, there are untold numbers of CTF (captured test fleet) cars out there that were built before this one. So, it's kind of a loaded question.

Oh, and it's his first 2010 Camaro as well.

WELL WELL I didn't know that the #1 Car built in 2010, Is the same as the one I just ordered I have a bigger smile on and it's a little harder to sleep It was the Black SS with Orange Interior RIGHT?
