Interior door handles?

Has anyone done anything to change up the chrome interior door handles? Im thinking about trying a few different things, but wanted to see if anybody has done anything yet?

I'm not sure you could paint them. Since they are continually being handled\used the paint would wear off fairly quickly. Some sort off very durable clear coat would be needed to keep it from wearing away.

I taped off (with pinstripe tape) what I did not want brushed. Then I used a red Scotch Brite pad and made sure to scuff all in the same direction just like a brushed piece would be. I think it is a cool and unique look.

indeed it looks SWEET..... so you taped off the curved parts, etc so you got a 2 tone kinda look, then? wonder how well the curved parts would "brush"

Oh they would look just fine. I just did it to have a Satin/Suede look. I have also done my wheels this way on my SS Silverado Truck...
