Ha! you beat me to it! I was about to post the same thing. The first time we tried doing this we thought something was wrong with the windows...I figured it out about 2 weeks into ownership.

You can hit the rear window button and then the front and after the rear finishes going up, the front will go up automatically. You do not have to wait for the rear to finish going up.

Actually, I believe the build date is also displayed on the tire pressure decal in the driver side door jam. Little easier to see, mine was built on April 14th, 2011 I believe.

One thing I find annoying, and it was mentioned in the other thread, if you turn off your car while your windows are automatically closing, they will go back down instead of going all the way up.

Also, if the passenger opens his/her door after your turn the car off, the radio will still continue to play (until the driver opens his/her door), however power will be cutoff to the power windows.

Another thing I did not know about these cars until recently, keep in mind, I studied almost all the interior features of this car before I bought mine, you can move the driver seat up and down for height adjustment. I had no idea how I missed that, but I managed to until a month after owning my car.

But the fuel cap never sits on it. It falls off whenever you begin to fuel up.

Best suggestion is to take the cap and shove it into the fuel nozzle so that the pump stays on. LOL

Early builds only, later cars got a more flexible tether.

Careful, illegal in some states.

A recent one for me...The dash-board dimmer switch also brightens and dims the trim light on the door panels....

Probably already well known, but it's new to me! lol
That is something to watch. I have read that is called " window indexing " and that is something to watch to make sure that is working properly. I had my 2012 SS for two weeks and one night we had a hard rain here in SE Texas and I came out the next day to a wet rear driver side floorboard and had to go hunting for leaks and that was one spot where I had to go look. Upon further investigation it turned out to be a leaky door seal and not the window but it is a spot that can have problems. It is a cool feature so I am not trying to knock the feature just putting my .02. Not trying to cause any worries, I promise!!!

Quick question, not be for this post but here goes anyways. When I get a call using the Bluetooth in my Camaro it always shows up private. I have the number programmed in my phone of course. Is there a way to program it to show the name on my radio display? Again I know its not for this post but maybe someone here has same problem and others can help us. If need please pvt message me with solution.

There is a large Chevy bowtie on the inside of each inner fender.

The light sensor works the exterior and interior lamps independently.

When you push the skinny pedal on the right it is impossible to frown! Scientifically proven!

BTW the wifes old 04 SRX Caddy also had the gas cap holder. Just wish i knew that she didnt know that! should have seen her face when she saw me filling up 3 years into owning the damn thing...I still get a kick out of people having problems with this feature.
