Plastidip crazy
So I went plastidip crazy..
Did the logos Also did the logo and the keyhole Did the front lip And "accidently" blacked out the tail lights. The bezels are removed, and I also removed the badges, which I will replace when the stuff dries. |

I have Duplicolor wheel paint for the wheels... But thats a long process, taking the wheels off, scuffing them up, primer, clearcoat...
Also, I was thinking of removing the plasticoat from the tailights, and just putting some "smoke" vinyl on..

Looks great to me man!! Also I say keep the tail lights like that if the lights show through good enough because it was easy to do and it looks great the way it is. Did you get a picture with your tails on with the plasti dip covering them?

i think it looks good too, but that's crazy if it does shine through. I used vinyl on mine and you can still see the reflectors when light hits them; hopefully the plastidip works for you?

You still can see the tail lights when they are on and when I brake.
Went thru an automatic car wash, plasti-dip held up except on one spot on the CAMARO logo and one part near the taillight bezel-I think I may have nicked the plastidip putting the bezel back in and the carwash opened up the cut..
