very good to know. I was wondering what that noise was. Is there any negative affect if I don't get this repaired? I don't hear it all the time.

Thanks for showing the TSB. I had my car at the dealer a couple times and could not find where the noise was coming from. Had them do this TSB, and the noise is gone!! Been driving me nuts for 6 months! I was worried it was in the drive train....

i have a 2012 LS and i have been noticing this exact problem. it sounds almost like leaves rustling, coming exactly from the passenger foot area. i guess this issue has not been fixed on newer cars.

Sounded like a gurgling/bubbling noise to me. Had mine fixed back in January.

I've got a 2010 2SS manual. Had the problem twice. After they fixed it the first time, they tried telling me it was my exhaust. The TSB is too specific for me to believe that. Ended up being the same problem.
I've heard this isn't an easy fix, so be picky, and make sure it gets done right the first time if you take your car in.
