Since G12 sometimes turns into a national event, I thought I'd post this here also. Don't forget about G12 in Atlanta this year. If you haven't been to any of the previous Gatherings, it is the place to be Memorial Day weekend if you have an Fbody. At G10 the silver coupe made the journey and the orange vert was there last year at G11. Scott Settlemire is usually there too. Click the banner in my sig to take you to the website. It's the annual Fbody Gathering held on Memorial Day in Atlanta, GA. It's called G12 because it's the 12 annual "Gathering". There have been people come from all over the US in the past. Here's a few pics I took at the first one I went too, G7.

awesome event. Andy and the crew do a great job of hosting this show. I've been for the last 3 years and plan on going again if I'm able to. It's a must attend event..........

It's sometimes called "The Gathering". I guess that's why the G is used instead of F.

wow i got on this thread thinking that maybe "G12" was the name of the new Firebird... i guess i was wrong lol

i think GM is right for not producing the Firebird though... just for financial reasons.. i see that fewer people have their hopes up for that now that a GM rep has said publicly that there wouldn't be one... kinda sad at the same time though... :(

This is a blast. Something every enthusiast should check out.
As for the name, it has always been "F-Body Gathering". After a couple of years, we just started calling it "Gx". Easier than "FGx" or "Fx".
