Did anyone buy the ZL1 and not intend to race it?
I am just curious if anyone out there bought the ZL1, and never intends to race the car. Its a hell of a good looking car, but I am just not sure I would go with the ZL1 over the SS if I didnt plan to race it. But thats just me.

I would bet 1 million buck the most people that buy them don't intend to race them. Same goes for the GT500 too. Most people have cars like this as a status symbol more than something to take to the track.

No plans on racing mine either, also still have my SS with no plans to race. I just enjoy the daily driving of the cars and how they make me feel. Kinda like stepping out in a new suit kinda feeling.

I dont understand the point of buying a car like the ZL1 or GT500 and not taking it to the track just once. As long as the car makes you happy that is all that matters though

I plan on taking mine to the local quarter mile track. We don't have a road course in the area, or I'd try that too.
