I will be doing the same later this morning for my 2SS, but my issue is the brake squeak. Have had it in 4 times and have been told that their is no fix.

Car sounds like a real POS! Have never heard a rustang or porche orany other sports car sqeak. So they can not fix it, and they have admitted this then they will be buying my car back. Not sure if it has been posted on here but FYI the service bulliten # is PIC5590, doc id 2741615

Sucks as I really love the car, but won't drive a squeaking POS

Suspension is a little wobbly; nothing $3k and a trip to MTI can't fix.

DEFINITELY fellow Camaro owners. No offense to anyone on this site in particular.

Just tired of every 5th Gen owner wanting to act like the Camaro is God's gift to the automotive industry and is untouchable in every way. Just in general being douchebags.

So far that has been by FAR the worst part of the ownership experience.

As for the car, well, the paint SUCKS and the trunk monkey is annoying.

This is the only car forum I've ever been in. Curious about the others

Any time you have two or more people in the same place, you are going to have a difference of opinions. But I've never seen it as bad as it is here.

I can only say that the Mustang forums I have been on are not nearly as bad.

Same thing happened to me. The CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, ENGINE POWER REDUCED and SERVICE STABILITRAK kept popping up and it turned out to be the fuel pump.

I know the thread's pretty old, but things that I look back on that I really do not like about the 5th Gen Camaro, at least on my SS, is not being able to rotate the tires to get the best wear. Sure, you can buy another set of rears, but c'mon...and the paint quality...nuff said. It sucks eggs compared to real paint, not the water colors they have to use.

Also, the radio with dash controls built in kinda sucks. Maybe this mylink screen stuff on the new ones fix this, but if I wanted to upgrade, I feel I'm limited to upgrade without making it look very aftermarket/cheezy.
