Sport bars and wind deflectors
Is anyone out there using both a sports bar and wind deflector. Would like to see pictures, if possible of the Love the Drive wind deflector with either the Revolution or CDC sport bars.
Thanks |

Not a big fan of both, but there's a whole thread on this down here somewhere...

Bodih,
Thanks for the response. Although I did try a search (apparently I am search-challenged), was not able to find what I am looking for - pics of the sports bars with the Lovethedrive wind deflector. Would like to reserve judgement until I can seem then in combination. You may be right, they may not look good together, but at least the deflector can be easily removed. I have found that at interstate speeds, at least for long distances, the deflector is almost a must. In town and below 40-50 mph the deflector is generally folded down. Have contacted both manufacturer's but so far the only response if from Love the Drive, and they don't have pictures of theirs with a sports bar. Will keep trying. Thanks again, Mike |

Hey tracker...here's a thread with a member who had a GM wind screen and sports bar. Doesn't sound like we are talking about the same exact items, but thought it might help. Good luck with this.

I have attached a couple of pictures of the deflector, up and down. Max height from the hinge to the top is 13 inches, but this will be exceeded slightly when raising and lowing the deflector. It will need to pass under the sport bar - Thanks for your consideration. |

Unfortunately from that picture, it would appear my wind deflector would likely not fit underneath the bar - or at least not be able to put the deflector up and down with the bar in place - oh well, most likely will need to put that $5-$600 into something else. Appreciate your help though. Mike |
