Rear Bumper Removal- Jack Required?

Hello all,

This site has been extremely helpful with planning and executing mods. I'm planning to switch out my rear diffuser today with the Havoc rear diffuser. I'm just wondering, is it required to jack up the rear to remove the rear bumper? I've seen the instructional video and it was mentioned the car was jacked to provide more space in the wheel well to reach the torx screws and bolts. In my case, I think I can get to them without needing to jack the car. I just want to make sure that it isn't necessary to jack up the car to relieve pressure on the rear bumper or anything along those lines. Anyone happen to know?

As always, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Dan

not necessary. If you have the right tools, it's easy to remove the torx screws.
