Yeah I was telling my dad about that site... He said $750 is expensive which it is lol but it's still a freaken awesome deal...
He says I have no understanding of what money is worth, and I obviously do considering I told him I'd save up 70 dollars a month for a year if I had to so I could get these lights. He is just so against me spending money for some reason..hard to even buy a new Xbox game without him grilling me let alone dropping $850 plus installation for lights he doesn't agree with

Again +1 to you v8's and rs owners

V8's don't come with halos on the base package. They have to be RS equipped as well.

Basically I'm 18 years old starting my camaro life and made the mistake of not getting an rs +1 to all you v8's and rs' owners out there

Only way to get halos is to get them from a Chevy dealership according to what the guys at orileys and autozone said

Guess ill just be getting some hid's until my next camaro
where did you hear that aftermarket halos are illegal? i've been rocking eagle eyes for over a year now and i've never had any problems with the law

Dude, I'm gonna sound really old right now but your dad is right. If you can really afford it, or your going to make some sacrafice to afford it, then rock on. Just don't end up like so many people these days with all the bling things who bury themselves under debt. Make smart moves now and later in life you'll be in a place to have whatever you want without sweating it. It's a nice place to be . It kills me to see many of my friends up against the wall financially because of their lack of money smarts.

Ok, getting off soapbox - good luck with whatever you do man!

Sorry dont buy this one...If you get Halos from AAC and run them white during the day any cop would be hard press to stop you and ticket saying they are not stock....In fact just plain stupid. If you run different colors then I could see where would be valid.

Yeah, I mean I think I'm just gonna do a xenon hid instead for now...$100 bucks is a lot cheaper

HID's are illegal if not stock. But honestly it wouldn't surprise me if adding any lights was illegal, then again I've never heard of a cop pulling someone over for adding lights.

Technically yes the lights are illegal. If you run a real white "not a bluish white" or Amber in California you will be okay. I have not heard of any stories of anyone getting pulled over with true white halo rings.
