Demon Eye install help

Hey guys, just bought the demon eye kit from phastec/oracle over the holidays. I need some help installing it. I'm prepared for the bumper removal and baking process. What I'm not completely sure of, is the wiring. I can do the basic, simple wire install, but I'm wanting to do something a bit different and not sure if its possible. So I'd figure who best to ask,!

Here's what I have, and what I want to do:

Phastec demon eye kit (dual color white/red)

I want the demon eyes (red) to power on automatically when my headlights turn on. But I also want to be able to turn them off while I'm driving and switch to white (especially in the event that there are police around). I know here in the state of GA I can have red lights on in front of my vehicle as long as they are NOT flashing or revolving. But, as a safety, I want to just flick a switch and turn them off and turn on whites.

Is there a way to do this with 1 switch? I know I can do it with 2 switches, but I want to reduce the number of switches and I don't want to have to remember each time I get out of the car to set the switch to a certain position to get red back on. I also want to make sure that I connect it to a specific wire for power, so that they turn off when the car is off, unlike my knight rider light that I can keep on when my car is off.

Any help would be great.

Yes. Dual halos wired to a single switch. Here's the DIY:
