The real world.
That's why I said you got a free blower. I ain't mad at ya, just this whole thing stinks and giving my opinion. Makes me no difference either way.

I recieved a text message saying that it had 60lbs injectors in it, but I personally put 80lbs injectors on it, and have pictures of when I did the 80lbs injector install. I did not get any messages about wanting to return it. The blower had roughly 500 miles on it. How would it be defective. And this morning, when I called, why did you hang up when I said its kyle with the supercharger.

Money was sunk in AFTER the dispute was resolved. That's what I'm trying to tell people. I tried to return the item before AND after. Once i got no response after waiting, I turned right around and fixed it and also bought alllll the parts that were MISSING or needed to be REPLACED (like the intercooler). It's not a simple case of damaged folks, it was much..much more. Trust me, i did everything in a well thought out timeline so as not to screw myself and return his kit if i had to nice and new with all the parts replaced and added that were missing. I thought way ahead to the point of "what if this has to be returned"... and the time frame just got silly. I wanted the blower on my car in the end, so I put it on and tuned it.

Did everything as right as possibly could be done.

You don't get it...he spent nothing! Did the original thing drop from the sky? No! He got it for free! If you buy something for $4K, get $4K refund, keep the item, spend the same $4K on parts...you haven't spent a dime. Sell it for $5K...just made $1000. Do you not get that? So, in reality the OP's item was stolen to me. He originally owned the item, and got nothing for it.

I have no text message saying the blower is defective. I am looking at the text. Just talking about that tuning for 80lbs injectors with 60 lbs injectors caused raw fuel to screw up the o2 sensors. Wouldnt it cause the opposite effect and run lean?

A Paypal refund doesn't mean anything lol.....

@ Ace, if you have a bill of sale, including terms and conditions of the sale (i.e. a KB Blower, in perfect or near perfect condition with all original parts included) then you are good to go. However, if you don't have that, then you are out of luck. And can also be held accountable for the originally purchased item, or the original purchase price + legal fees.

In no court of law can you get a return on your money, AND keep the merchandise. It doesn't matter that you had to spend money to make it whole - unless you can prove that the Seller advertised
a "NEW" kit. And even then you are NOT entitled to the original purchase price unless the item is returned. Your only legal recourse would be to return the item, then dispute the charges, or pay what was neccessary to make the kit "whole" and then file a claim against the Seller.
In reference to the fact that you had "No return address" I call .

He shipped the package to you, so I would imagine it had a return address on it no?

Sorry to be blunt, but you can't go to a store, buy a Cooking pot, take it home and figure out it has a hole in it, and instead of returning it you spend $$ to repair it and subsequently file a dispute with your CC company.....real world doesn't work like that.

It had 500 miles on it! Why the hell would the whole blower need to be reconditioned?

Used SC - $4,000 (damaged/missing parts)
Paypal Resolution - ($4,000) - Refund
Buying/Replacing Damaged/Missing Parts - $3,000 - $4,000 (allegedly)
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Total Cost: $3,000 - $4,000

At least this is the point I _think_ he is trying to make.

y

I confirmed with your guy at Livernoise that the injectors were in fact 60#'s, he informed me himself he inspected the kit and checked the part number on the injectors as well. I sent text message, email and paypal sent emails. I don't know how you destroyed the blower, but it was leaking blue oil from the seals and bolt/bearing holes. Maybe that's why when you brought it to Livernoise you had them take it off because it came in running like ass (I was informed of that, yes).

Did you forget to mention the intercooler that was reamed a new hole like a man in the movie "Deliverance" or should I post pics of that as well. How about the bracket that was missing, the totally stripped mounting plates. and allll the other things that were screwed up. Didn't hear of everything? no? maybe that's because you ignored all my calls, voicemails and even emails via Paypal.

Why did i hang up on you? I don't know.. it's a BITCH being ignored isn't it.

Exactly, there was no where on paypal stating this was a free blower. I agree, $700 was fine that paypal refunded you. It was the extra $3,300 that im upset about. Not to mention I paid $10,000 new for it in 2010, and sold it to you for only $4,000. I would of left it alone because $700 for the heat exchanger, thats my fault (well shipping) but I would cover that. But totally refurbish a blower with 500 miles and saying tuning for 80lbs injectors with 60lbs injectors caused tons of fuel to be dumped into the engine doesn't make sense.
