Yes...and behind the ports. Its a blacked out mesh, honeycolm style grille.

Verticle 5led strip lights going in the ports as well.

man i wish it was a weekend. My car has been in the shop since November 28th......Damn bumper didnt want to fit!

Yea fit was a bit off at first but my buddie and i took our time (3 months) and got it to fit perfect. The bumper is flawless now!!!
